It is very important that the company is formed with the correct structure of directors and shareholders. We advise on VAT registration (or not), possible CIS registration for sub contractors, and which services you think you would like us to undertake on your behalf
Then, we complete the required form for incorporation of the company and apply for registrations for PAYE, CIS, VAT and Corporation Tax.
It usually takes less than a day for Companies House to incorporate the company and then it takes another few days or maybe a bit longer, to get all the registrations activated. But we stay in touch with you all the time until all the services are operating properly.
